Secure Contracts from Sanli M&E to Supply RO Pressure Vessels and RO Skid Racks for PUB’s NEWater Plants

First Line, through its regional office in Singapore, EuroTec, has been awarded the RO
pressure vessel and RO skid rack supply contracts by Sanli M&E Engineering Pte Ltd for
national water agency PUB’s Tuas NEWater Factory Phase 2 and Changi NEWater
Factory 3.

Both facilities are designed to produce up to 50 million gallons per day (approximately
220MLD) of high-grade reclaimed water, utilising advanced membrane and disinfection
technologies to transform wastewater into ultra-clean, high-grade reclaimed water to
support Singapore’s long-term water resilience objectives.

First Line / EuroTec will design, fabricate, and deliver more than 4,500 ASME-compliant
RO pressure vessels alongside 180 engineered RO skid racks in total for both projects,
meeting stringent engineering and quality standards accordance with project
specifications.
